Brenton Winnett, DDS - Associate Dentist - Bermuda's only Prosthodontic Specialist

Dr. Brent Winnett joined Par-La-Ville Dental in 2018 as Bermuda’s only Prosthodontist. Prosthodontics is the dental specialty devoted to improving your quality of life by preserving and enhancing the appearance, function, speech and overall health of the mouth. When teeth are missing, a Prosthodontist replaces them in accord with these priorities. Your smile. Our specialty.

Prosthodontists use veneers, crowns, bridges, implants, and partial or complete dentures to optimize your aesthetics and function. This can be the smile makeover accomplished in two visits or a full mouth rehabilitation accomplished over weeks as the complicated process is completed step-by-step – and everything in between, according to your needs. Local dentists refer their complicated cases to Dr. Winnett for this specialized care and expertise. If you have more questions regarding the specialty of Prosthodontics, we recommend the American College of Prosthodontists as a trustworthy starting point: https://www.gotoapro.org

Originally from Kingston, Ontario, Dr. Winnett has a MSc in Physiology from the University of Waterloo, a DDS from the University of Western Ontario, and a MSc in Prosthodontics from the University of Toronto. He moved his family to Victoria, BC, Canada upon retirement, joining Vancouver Island Prosthodontics where he enjoys private practice when not in Bermuda.

He is a Canadian Board Certified Specialist in Prosthodontics, a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, the Past President of the Association of Prosthodontists of Canada, and an Examiner in Prosthodontics for the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.
